Bouvier Williams is the founder of YourPersonalBrandSolution.com and author of a weekly career development blog called ThePersonalBrandProfessor.com.  He has over 20 years of experience in providing human capital solutions to global organizations in the Fortune 500 and is recognized for his expertise in coaching and personal branding.  Bouvier uses a collaborative coaching approach to help senior executives across industries to maximize their personal brands, master transition, and achieve strategic impact.

Previously he was the Vice President of Talent, Learning and Leadership at Viacom Media Networks from 2005 to 2013.  He served as a Vice President in Organization Development at JPMorgan Chase, Inc. from 1999 to 2004.  Prior to JPMorgan Chase, Bouvier was Assistant Director of Performance Management in Corporate HR at Ernst & Young, LLP from 1997 to 1999.  Earlier in his career, he gained valuable generalist experience as a HR Manager in the Global Transactions Services group at Citibank, N.A. from 1993 to 1997.

Bouvier is a current member of Talent Management Magazine’s Editorial Advisory Board and also sits on the Board of the National Association of African Americans in HR Greater New York Chapter.   His work has been recognized by Speakeasy, Inc. who made him an inaugural recipient of the 2012 Leaders Edge Award for inspired leadership.  The Tri-State Diversity Council honored him with their 2012 Multi-Cultural Leadership Award.  DiversityBusiness.com named him one of America’s Diversity Champions in 2011.  He is also a recipient of the 2010 Top 100 Under 50 Executive Leader Award by Diversity MBA Magazine.

Bouvier began a doctoral program in January 2010 offered by Wharton Executive Education & the Graduate School of Education at the University of Pennsylvania that will confer a Doctor of Education degree in 2014.  He graduated from Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business in 1993 with an MBA in Human Resources Management and Marketing.  Bouvier received his B.S. in Photography from St. Johns University in 1986.

He currently resides in New York City with his lovely wife Jacqueline.
